    I am lost. Somebody tell me why this executive appears to have done something deplorable ? I thought all proposals should be decided on merit not race or gender. Or am I being naive ? Okay don't answer that , it was rhetorical. I agree : he is a shining example.

    Good. We need more like this executive, instead of employing people based on race and the genitalia between their legs (and amount of cleavage or lack thereof), he's choosing candidacy based on merit.
