Did they update the game? I haven't actually played since Jungle Inferno.

In jungle inferno they reworked his flames which made him way more wm1, it made him super busted, so then they nerfed him in the Blue Moon update, but he is still much better than he was pretty jungle inferno. That is, if you play a wm1 play style like the other guy said.
