Let’s Go is more simple. If you liked Kanto and you enjoy catching/collecting you’ll love how immersive the game is. Sword/Shield are more classic to the core-games as far as gameplay goes, and feel more like a “true” Pokémon experience
It's Let's Go Eevee worth playing/keeping over Sword? I'm personally more interested in the traditional Pokemon games, but not sure if there's a point to try it or not.
