Being told that I've improved or flat out "I thought you still sucked" is the most motivating thing for me, LOL. I can feel my progress, but seeing and hearing it is super motivating. I've been grinding and labbing stuff more than I've been before. Putting in the work is worth.

I mean, I sucked, dude. I'm not great yet, but I've gotten a lot better. I take it as a compliment. People noticing that improvement, especially good players makes me happy.
