Things I evaluate when working with others: Do you put the Customer first? Is your ego too big? Are you respectful? Are you for the players or just looking for dollar signs? Are you trustworthy? Are you punctual? (on time is late) Are you sane? If not, I can’t work with you.

Decisions should be based off of logic and emotion in balance. Because if you’re gonna make a decision on logic alone, you might as well have a robot do it. Plus emotions help establish ethics and moral standards that you’d want your business to emulate.
I agree! People have a really hard time balancing it to where they can have both. Having both makes you a bigger and better boss. People are more inclined to work with someone who can be compassionate and kind, but also firm and wise.
