SV Town or FD are pretty much all better against him as any character. Snake's biggest weaknesses are getting edgeguarded and landing. Less wide stages mean you get to edgeguard him more often and he also has less room to B reverse and mix up his landings.

Only FD is better than PS2 as Wii Fit imo
