The whitepaper is getting an update. It is out of date. The model has evolved since @rushkoff joined our advisory Board. DigitalTown will NOT be another Google/Monolith. As you will see, we embrace cooperativism and local sovereignty. We are adding global interoperability.
That's good to hear, and would love it if your project turns out to be authentically in alignment with spreading the co-op model. Definitely send along the update when it is completed...
It's also important to know that core #coop movement folks understand ourselves to be stewards of a 150+ y/o inter-generational economic movement that has clear structures and values that define what is and isn't a co-op.

Cooperative Values are eternal. But the Coop structures of the mid 19th Century have been cruelly exposed in the last 50 years. Scaleable & non-hierarchic networked Cooperative institutions & instruments are needed for the 21st Century
