@EpikDotCom is their host,@robmonster could probably answer these accusations better than me. But I don't believe this video was made in good faith, or using any relevant evidence.
Perhaps the author of that video, who runs a hosting business, is bitter that Gab did not choose him. Gab chose @sibyl_ltd which is now part of @EpikDotCom. The servers are in multiple jurisdictions. Gab also uses CloudFlare. We advised them to use @BitMitigate instead.
