Anger can sometimes burn itself out if you let people work themselves thru it, but hate? Hate can be institutionalized, prosthelytized, rationalized, and deified. It's not so easy to get rid of.

That would be a lot to try to unpack. Cutting to the chase, are you for or against public online forums where #hate can potentially manifest itself -- including from misanthropes with capacity for violence -- but can at least be engaged and monitored by non-hateful people?
