People in Buffalo seem to think we're always a few years away from filling in all the empty lots that make up half the city. And then they'll say we need to tear down every building in disrepair because they're "standing in the way".

Other cities: vibrant, dense blocks of historic buildings filled with businesses and entertainment destinations.
Buffalo: yeah that's great, but what if we could tear down a few for parking? That'd be even better.

Wow, this Beck cover of Neil Young's "Old Man" is really fucking good.
