The real question is how to properly alphabetize it.

It would be nice if it were alphabetised in such a way that Anonymous comes first, since s/he contributed the key idea. Fortunately that doesn’t seem too hard to justify.

If you'll accept a suggestion from the sidelines, if you need a placeholder name for Anonymous 4chan Poster for convenience sake, call him John Smith. In Haruhi, that's a pseudonym the anonymous (in the sense that his true name is never given) main character gave himself.
