The content of the article seems to be entirely that in a free speech forum, some people might say controversial things. The author seems to insinuate that is a bad thing, without actually saying so directly or making an argument for that claim.

-
Even though the Times reported critically on the insurrectionists during the storming of the US capitol, they still gave them a platform by criticizing them.

Never mind that open letter last year. Anyone who has read (for themselves) any of the (many) figures duly cited by this desperate author sees a grasping, breathless, narrative fictionl; an artificial context with REAL people doing GREAT work - Not friendly fire. Shame

These ideas aren't intellectually controversial they are banal. White male identity politics aren't a novel form of discourse. They have been around for hundreds of years and have been repeatedly refuted through the course of history.
-
I can go to a bar in bumblefvck & hear simpler iterations of the same ideas from some dotard who thinks the other 'races' or women aren't as smart. Just because they are repackaged with poor references & statistics does not make them novel or give them intellectual weight.
