its worse then that. Imagine writing off 40K off your income for your car’s gas, repairs and driver. That’s what this allows Jet owners to do. School teachers write-off for school supplies will however be revoked.

Yes they cost a lot to run. That's kind of the entire point. If you can afford a plane but not the maintainance/running costs, why should the state pay for it!

Poor students will need to pay taxes on tuition so that wealthy private jet owners don’t pay taxes. Like momma said, ain’t no one so poor that a rich man won’t find a way to steal from him/her.

Soon, many will tell you this is not a tax break. It just "clarifies" what the law always said. They won't tell you that this "clarification" overturns a 5th Cir. decision saying that an IRS interpretation-that the law actually says the exact opposite-is reasonable.
