People complain about the social media “mob” (and there are issues) but the core problem here is that even after such videos, people like her aren’t ever prosecuted. It’s clearly a false and malicious report, a crime, and it seems like she’s trying to get him “killed-by-cop.”https://twitter.com/NYDailyNews/status/1265090833138810881 …

And going after her job makes us all vulnerable to social media mobs for any reason, as corporations, their HR and CEOs are stupid and firing anyone for any reason is far easier than thinking. And now we've made sure she can't be hired again, we pay her food, housing, medical

They should be thinking about their hiring practices.

Not sure where you're from, but in NY we don't get to decide whether a person is arrested or charged for a crime against us.

We do it because we know charges won’t be pressed against her. That’s the point.

There will be. Trust me. Unless he says or said no.

So we gotta ask the dog if he wants to press charges, too? For fucks sake she called the cops and she used the descriptor "african American man" to get the cops to come quicker. Y'all need to either get out the house or find some black friends

As long as we don't sic a violent armed paramilitary force on her, I think we're good here.

You're talking about civil cases. This is a clearly criminal case, so it's up to the prosecutors, not the victim. (For one, the victim could fear backlash or may not even be of sound mind. Two, using police resources under false pretenses is a crime against the city as a whole.)
