Fair Use = use of copyrighted material for a limited and “transformative” purpose, such as to comment upon, criticize, or parody the work Newsworthy = use of copyrighted material for appropriate, timely, and "newsworthy" material I'm covered by both statements with my video.
It doesn’t need to be to fall under fair use. Jimmy’s use is (a) transformative, (b) low substantiality/amount, and, (c) does not effective potential market for original work. Jimmy is totally fine using screenshots as is, YT just folds to any/all DMCA claims.
I just don't understand how if they deny my dispute, the next step is for them to get a second chance to look at it and then delete the video and give my channel a strike rather than someone from @YouTube stepping in and doing some actual work on behalf of their creators.
