From a founder who competed in the ad tech space with Google’s publisher solutions, the DOJs lawsuit is long overdue. Google and Facebook have a duopoly that is virtually impossible to compete with in a meaningful way in terms of providing publishers with monetization solutions.

Of roughly 50 first time meeting requests I had from founders seeking funding the past 10 days, roughly 45 of them did not have a live product or a single customer yet. Many founders don’t realize what evidence you typically need to demonstrate to raise VC at seed stage.
