Nobody said he literally did. Trump LITERALLY said those quotes. And then went back and tried to say "hey, sarcasm." Yeah.

Yes, but THAT WAS NOT WHAT HE WAS DOING. Folks can say it was after the fact, but that doesn't make it true.
