Aaand that is why I report stuff anonymously unless it's some company I trust in. So far that pretty much only means my employer because the pay me for that, so I guess chances they would get mad for it are low.

Do not, under any circumstances, speak to them.
If they believe they have sufficient evidence to charge, they will. Do not give them any information, even if you believe it helps your case... there's a time and place for that. Court.

When it’s an officer out of the loop, chasing up on some three week old paperwork it tends to annoy them. I bet he wants to strike it off the system more than Rob 😂
