@AlanDersh,
You say in this interview that you’d defend mandatory vaccines. How would you constitutionally force Americans to inject a feebly tested vaccine, let alone any vaccine? 12 months is not enough time for long term efficacy to even be safely established for a vaccine.

Later in the interview
@AlanDersh says "I would like to see a government mandate" + "I hope it’s mandated" and that he’d argue in favor of forced vaccinations at the Supreme Court. This is insane.pic.twitter.com/AghaTbUbfIAfficher cette discussion -
Even Dr. Fauci acknowledges a COVID19 vaccine has potential drawbacks. "I must warn there’s also the possibility of negative consequences where certain vaccines could actually ENHANCE the negative effect of (coronavirus)" - Dr. Faucipic.twitter.com/vArmoufSe9

I want to make something really clear. I’m not anti-vaccine. I’m pro-safety and pro-freedom. It is not the job of the state to force you or your kid to be injected under the argument it makes others safer. It’s the same argument that seeks to rip away our gun rights.

@AlanDersh I’m happy to debate the issue of forced vaccinations with you. DM me and I’ll have you on a livestream to tell you why you’re wrong about this ethically and to point out problems in the existing case law. I’m sure you know those weak spots but happy to debate!Afficher cette discussion

Not a bad legal take. This is a state issue and the constitution doesn’t protect you. It’s wrong, but the states can force vaccinations.

Are you sure this is the whole video? It seems to me like he's describing someone else's ridiculous opinion here and the editing makes it look like it's his opinion, much like Kamala Harris's staff did with the Kavanaugh video.

I’m positive he advocates for mandatory vaccines right after this and says he would defend mandatory vaccines at the Supreme Court.
