  I think Biden was counting on being underestimated and win by being better than expected, but it doesn't seem the the Trump team underestimated him in their preparation like the media did

  He can’t rebut that as he has talked about federal mandates and forcing states he thinks aren’t doing enough to take harsher action. Trump pointing out one of the states will be lifting the lockdown on November 7th was keen too. If that is true that is absolutely political.
