  1. Those who’re happy with Tory austerity as long as Brexit is cancelled also harm the country. Our biggest need at the moment is to get the Tories* out * and those who are Tory but like to pretend otherwise.

You can’t try to hold a party leader hostage to demands and claim that you are not a threat. This PV or else attitude is what makes people angry. Look outside. There are people living on the street, people dying, people hungry. How will a rerun of a referendum help them?

  3. Really unremarkable? Considering all the bullying he gets from all sides he’s done well to stay strong, he still remains polite and unlike everybody else avoids personal insults! Most people would have mentally cracked a long time ago.

Another example of the low depths will stoop to. Truly immature and utterly pathetic. This is a Lib Dem? Laughable.

Respect is a two way street James, if you spend your entire time prodding and poking for a reaction, then you are likely to get one. And I do more than my share of holding the Govt to account, which should really be the job of MSM, don’t you think?

THREAD: Well, yesterday's thread went unexpectedly viral. Massive thanks to all those who shared it - and for such a positive response. I want to deal with some of the questions it prompted here. Hopefully this won't prove as long as yesterday's - but y'know, famous last words...

Lib Dems lying again. Jeremy Corbyn will vote against Theresa May's deal. Unlike Lib Dem MP Stephen Lloyd, who has vowed to vote for it. The Lib Dems are so pathetic they can't even get all 12 of their own MPs to support their flagship policy.

There are no depths the Tories and corrupt MSM won't stoop to in their pathetic attempt to smear Labour and Jeremy Corbyn! It won't work, we see right through you and don't believe a word they say! Tories out!

As the son of a migrant, you might think Sajid Javid would be a bit more sympathetic to asylum seekers. No chance. He's a Tory. Greed and selfishness are their primary motivations. Pulling up the ladder behind them is what they do.

Why are the media so desperate for Jeremy Corbyn to back a 2nd referendum ()? I'll tell you why. So they & their Tory masters can accuse him of being an 'enemy of the people' & a 'traitor'. Simple. As. That!

and You're both directors of "The Lionel Cooke Memorial Foundation Ltd." Is there a reason it's not on the register of members financial interests? Since 2016 you've stopped donating to the Labour Party, the investment balance sure jumped...

False accusations of antisemitism against party members must be an issue for our disciplinary structures. Where there is racism, in any form, it must be rooted out of our movement, but the rash of malicious smears against fellow members takes us backwards, not forwards.

Jeremy Corbyn as Labour leader has the overwhelming backing of the membership. We elected him a 2nd time- AFTER Brexit- & the membership is now more than all of the other parties combined- because of him. A poll of 0.2% of Labour members does not speak for the majority.

.’s position has been clear from the outset: we respect the decision of the people to leave the European Union. We are democrats & believe democracy must prevail. As a remainer, there is no pressure on as Labour leader. Our position is entirely correct.
