Hey, my paper's out! Give it a read, why don'tcha? We show that the speed signal and grid cells in MEC change in concert, and provide more evidence supporting the emerging picture that MEC Head Direction cells are independent.

I don't suppose I know anyone in Galway who knows someone that knows someone that's renting a property? It's not Bay Area bad there, but it's not that much better!

Hey, yo, so we've got to have a wee chat, ResearchGate. Yes, I have a Y chromosome. No, that does not make me the PI of the lab.

Thanks to for being an awesome postdoc mentor, for helping get data from (many) animals, for computational genius, and for the TRIP8b mice that let us do a nice effect dissection!

Is it bad that I'm most irritated by the constant reference to "Windmills"? What are you doing, making flour?

"home sensors which will measure things like overcrowding" This sounds like a euphemism for "camera". Disgusting.

We would all get a lot more science done if we canceled all award programs, and eliminated grant applications (and instead just simply gave every academic the same amount of guaranteed operations cash based on their discipline).
