...actually to extend the analogy, I think we know much more about medicine than corporate culture. Culture change is more like psychiatric medicine: two steps away from voodoo. We know as much about corporate culture as we do about the workings of the mind.

A key part of that problem is that a ‘corporation’ is a legal function we all pretend is real, to the point where it pays us, provides health benefits and retirement, etc.
