And if you’re thinking “Why only call out this specific group?”, you’re right - staffing with one homogeneous group is rarely a great representation of your company, your product or your industry... Also, if you’re thinking that, maybe consider some introspection.

@roach Also, (and I know this is not a pressing world issue but just a minor idea) if you want to support diversity and inclusion in tech and more women in tech, maybe have some clothing sizes for your brand besides Men’s L and XL. Yep. But yet, when I am at a booth, male devs come to me and say "Probably, you don't know the answer but..." (or "you're not a right person for this question, but...") then ask technical questions. I wonder when we can end this bias.

I always try to do things like “Talk to [Bear,Helen,Tomomi,Etc], she knows her shit”... I figure if those people encounter redirection often enough, maybe they’ll start to learn
