Can someone explain me why Microsoft is able to emulate Games written for PowerPC code on newer Home Consoles but Sony can't? Oh and don't tell me that CELL B.E. was "too hard" to develop for. That's a silly excuse when I look at Framerates nowadays. Thanks. [Serious Question]

Remember guys the discussion if the PS4 really can read standard CDs and I always claimed that it can but it's blocked via Software from Sony? Well to my own surprise I found out today that this is only true for the PS4 Fat Model. The PS4 Pro refuses to read CD-Rs at all.

#PS5 uses a 1 TB internal SSD but they say "only" 825 GB because the rest is "Virtual RAM" which is always active and available during in-game. Source: A good old friend and "scene veteran" I didn't heard from for so many years and who wants to stay anonymous.

That modified GT4 Online ISO is really lit 🔥🔥🔥 So you can play an Online Game from 2005, but in 2021. 🤔 And it works on PS2 Real HW, PS3 Fat and PCSX2. 😇 Better "Cross Play" achieved than Sony will ever do 😂

Due to a positive COVID-19 result in my family, I won’t be active here on Twitter, the wikis and at PSX-Place for the next few days/weeks. Personally I also don’t feel comfortable. I even lost my balance at work and I felt down straight to the floor. I‘m a high-risk patient.

It seems that people who are now hyping the faster SSDs and Loading Times from both the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S never played Games on a NES, SNES or on the Nintendo 64. 🙄

People who are defending the DRM behind the upcoming Gran Turismo 7 Release by saying "because Gran Turismo Sport had the same issue" never played a proper Gran Turismo Title from the PS1/PS2/PS3 era. 🤦‍♀️ I'm dissappointed when I read the replies from you, but not surprised !
