While I take no pleasure in the situations, authoring the distrust patches for these is one of the perks of my job.

I don't think they were ever the best example of a CA but I think this is a great example of how organizations become too dependent on individuals and not processes. So many issues with this, for one, when people leave the s*** hits the fan.
