Speaking as someone who had an undiagnosed sleep order for decades, good sleep is the fucking awesomest. (Besides the whole “restful” and “brain GC” things, it breaks up the days and provides clear separation. Which I remember after an all-nighter leaves me disoriented)

DW == http://dreamwidth.org , a journaling site. A friend made a post with that in it. she said she’d transcribed it from an image on Facebook, possibly from a “trauma informed practice” fb group. The image is just the text - I do not have authorship info, alas.
