    Leshner’s famous hot cranberry sauce: 12 oz cranberries 1 cup water teaspoon orange zest teaspoon orange pulp 1 habanero (or jalapeño) pepper, diced 3/8 cup sugar Bring to boil stirring constantly until cranberries pop. Simmer, stir untill thick and consistent. Cool. Enjoy.
