NPC’s can have pretty robust scripts. Main deciding factor is where on the game map you’re allowed to go.

NPC scripts can be extremely dynamic and convincing so you’re “thinking” can trick you into thinking you’re not an NPC. NPCs are almost always map geofenced. If there are places/actions/ideas you can’t seem to access no matter how hard you try… perhaps you’re geofenced. 💡🔍

Or what if you aren’t geofenced you just haven’t gone backwards...really fast....as fast as we can....really put the pedal on the metal you know
