sqlite's code of conduct is "the communists have told us to put a poster on the wall, so we found a nice picture of some monks". projects that have been eaten by commies have the code of conduct of "we're commies lol", no matter what the text of the code says.
the commies aren't even interested in ~*improving the culture*~ of sqlite. it's completely symbolic. there is nothing to their push to make the greengrocer put the poster on the wall that isn't symbolic. sqlite has a three-person dev team and isn't open to outside contributions.
