its prolly more airtight than other things imo, almost any time a crime happens it is to REINFORCE THE PERSONS MASCULINITY!!!!! having to publicly yell "i am a sissy homo" before u do a criime wld b a good deterrent
one problem with "gender is just how u FEEL" is that anyone can just get into protected class - oh, ahmed feels like girl now, would be persecuted at home, must give refugee status! i personally know of a case where i suspect this is what happened

the specific case i am thinking of is self-proclaimed psychopath from russia who wanted to leave for years because he hated his parents, then one day went "actually im a girl now" on the on-lines and poof! refugee status

at least that's what i think it was - and he did try that before, on grounds like "hello canada i am actually a bisexual, pls ignore that i spend 23 hrs/day sending children death threats for not being marxist enough"
