When I first read Bad Blood, I was struck by how many red flags there were, including so many unqualified employees at the start-up. These were ignored by its see + VC investors.

The detail goes into about David Boies is amazing.
His involvement with Theranos damaged his reputation -- he was once America's greatest litigator but the book makes him look like just another ethically compromised lawyer.
