Consistency doesn’t always have to be literally word-for-word...it can be achieved through voice and tone and utilizing design components to create a fluid experience.

Why do people latch on to consistency as the main reason to move forward with copy decisions? What about providing contextually-appropriate clarity? Or utilizing conversational writing to show compassion?
