    before Apple News+, the News app was such a nice way to read the news. now a third of the news articles I see are behind a paywall, and an entire TAB of the app is nonfunctional 😔 I miss the Spotlight tab

    personally I’d rather own both an iPad and a Mac instead of *two* Macs 🤔

    My only real comment on the iPad anniversary/success: If I had to give up one Apple “computer”—iMac, Laptop, iPhone, iPad—it wouldn’t even be a difficult choice. Three out of four are essential.

    progress update: NES, SNES, GBA, and GBC cores have all been converted to static libraries and now work on iOS 13.3.1 ✅ N64 is a little more complex because Mupen assumes plug-ins are always loaded dynamically, but already making good progress on it
