    Right to Know CLG has now filed its tenth High Court action and we're only a few years old! We won our first case versus An Taoiseach. We will keep pushing for the public's right to access information.

    Personally, I think this is so significant that an emergency piece of amending legislation is the appropriate response. One which will remove the requirement for “continuous residency” and replaces it with a more flexible requirement allowing for normal travel.
