    People often ask, "If astronomers spotted a dangerous asteroid, would they tell us?" Hell yeah! As Amy Mainzer says, "Most scientists I've met, the challenge is getting them to stop talking." Info about near-Earth asteroids is all publicly accessible.

    Sol 306: A second sample has been successfully collected, as part of a paired set of crater floor samples at Seitah. The rock outcrop is named "Issole." The last rock core sample was called "Robine" and this new one will get its own name. ;)

    Three orbiters, two rovers, one lander, and one helicopter – not to mention the scientists and engineers working here on Earth – all exploring Mars and preparing the way for future astronauts. It was a lot to track, but we did our best! Some highlights:
