The far left and right have always overlapped, . A more accurate arrangement is to Imagine the range of left and right seated in a circle, with intolerant far left sat next to intolerant far right, and opposite the tolerant “center”....

It's known as the horseshoe effect, rather than being at opposite ends of the political spectrum in a linear sense the far left and far right end up becoming closer & actually resembling each other in , hence why antifa actually act like fascists.

the manner in which the left (I am the left FYI ) condemns people of racism isn’t going to change their ways. interacting with them and their communities not at them, forming good relationships will be way more effective. Invite them in and change their minds. Kill with kindness.

The new far lefties are virtue signalling fools, leaving the gates open for the barbarians. Freedom of speech in jeopardy, totalitarian ideology flourishing, bloody twilight zone The "Hitch" warned us long ago, and now Douglas Murray has a good eye on the strange death of Europe.

The far left and far right have always had the same MO... manufacture grievance, blame a target "group", incite hatred of target group, promise retribution against target group. All that separates them is the typical identity of the target group.

Gosh, that’s so true! Many of my friends feel the same way. It’s as if everything flipped with this election. The ideology is fierce on the new, hard left. It’s an authoritarianism that I just can’t abide. Thanks for your tweet. I couldn’t have said it better 😊
