This headline may potentially be a bit misleading. Florida law doesn't require that Republicans be listed first on ballots. It says the political party of the Governor must be listed first, and the Governor is presently a Republican (and has been for the past several elections)

Funny Democrats didn’t mind this law when it benefited them. Like gerrymandering, it suddenly becomes unconstitutional when Republicans are in a position to do it back to the Democrats. If it weren’t for double standards, Democrats wouldn’t have any.
