Looks like we have a new constitutional amendment, called the Federal Arbitration Act. All other statutes must bow before it. What a perversion. But completely expected (aside from how long it took, considering there’s no internal limiting principle suggesting a bought vote).

The SCOTUS is a joke. Always has been. How can you have a split vote on anything since these judges should vote based on laws. Judges vote based on their own morals and values not on the laws as written. The SCOTUS is nothing more then Judges playing GOD to the American people.
