The 9th Circuit is pretty hostile to forced arbitration so I’m guessing the district court will have a lot of ways not to dump this.
A reporter today asked me how the new Rudy statements affect the Stormy Daniels-Cohen-Trump arbitration dispute in LA. That's on hold for three months as Cohen may plead the 5th. Thinking 3 months ahead in Trumpland is like thinking 20 years ahead in normal years. Who knows?
