The bottom line is that June---and especially the end of June---is likely to be especially intense for #SCOTUS Justices, their clerks, the SCOTUS press corps, and those of us in the academy closely following the Court (in part to finalize casebooks/supplements for the fall)
It is possible that one or more key #SCOTUS cases everyone is watching (perhaps partisan gerrymandering as Justice Breyer recently suggested) gets set for reargument next term.
