No actually that’s not the claim; the claim is a massive illegal straw man scheme of the kind you likely chewed out Dinesh D’Souza for - but to the tune of $84 MM - that was expressly held NOT LEGAL by SCOTUS in McCutcheon. Perhaps give it a read before you decide what it says.
