As far as I can tell the administration's only action was to issue this statement: "CUNY School of Law fully supports the rights to free speech and open discourse as well as the right to protest." Still not seeing a First Amendment issue.
If they would protect a progressive's right to speak but not that of a libertarian or conservative, isn't that content-based discrimination?
"They" being the administration? I've seen no indication that they've taken steps to silence the students when progressives speak.

You think the administration should take actions to protect speakers from student protests. I understand where you are coming from, but either way, I am not seeing a First Amendment issue.
