Thank you for your service. Whelan has always appeared to use ad hominem because he lacks the intellectual capacity for real debate. He likes his originalism easy and unquestioned.

No one said originalism is easy. Scalia himself said it was too hard to implement in practice, because of the radical changes that it would require, now that 90 of what the Federal government does is unConstitutional.
