I should add that this tweet is teasing Jamil, not criticizing Gorsuch. I tend to think G is still getting comfortable at SCOTUS, which isn't common for a new Justice, and that excessively criticizing his writing style isn't v. fair (esp. as he was a v. good writer on the CA10).
