Went to Jackson Co MO election board today to drop off absentee ballot for my 19 yold nephew away at college (was legal guardian from age 3-18) wouldn't accept it - not his parent-had to take it to get hand stamped at USPS & put in board PO Box. Calling State Senator tomorrow!
