Might Lamb’s victory influence Court to issue a stay on the theory that a Democrat’s victory in a supposedly “unwinnable” district means that old fashioned political campaigning can succeed without the PA court intervening?

That would be completely outside of their responsibilities. They are there to see that laws are backed by the constitution. That's all.

I think they’ll deny the stay. Of course, I’m hoping the opposite to happen.
