Reading through the oral argument transcript again and just thinking of how very smart Alito can be with his questioning from the bench. It was quite an exchange.

It reminds me of Alito's exchange with Malcolm Stewart of the SG's office in the Citizens United oral argument about "book banning." I think (and argue in Plutocrats United) it may have changed the trajectory of the entire case.
