Far from corrosive, Such boycotts allow opposition to noxious ideas in a peaceful and productive way. It’s good for people and groups tone accountable. No free ride for hate.https://twitter.com/jadler1969/status/967446675869618178 …

One can believe it's protected and still think secondary boycotts are corrosive of civil society, as CS depends on willingness to deal with those who suffer from ourselves.

Primary boycotts, sometimes. Secondary boycotts, not so much. It's the mindset that led Christians to refuse to buy from Jews/infidels/sinners. Tolerance for differing views and ideals is better all around, especially for minority groups.

Yes, like when the Civil Rights movement simply asked for tolerance and it was given, never once taking economic action as an aggrieved minority group.

Which protested governmental policies via the corporate agents that made use of said policies - which is a secondary boycott, no?

You can disagree with the NRA's positions on the Second Amendment, but how the fuck is it "hate"?

The left gets to decide what hate is. Right has no say in the matter.

With all due respect that is a giant steaming load of buffalo poop. If its something progressives like then opposing it is "hate" or whatever "ism". If its something yall hate then opposing it is undefiled righteousness.
