So it sure looks like we are going into the weekend without #SCOTUS acknowledging receipt of emergency stay application for Pa Republicans in congressional gerrymandering case.
And therefore no order for a response (yet) from Justice Alito...and no ruling #papolitics

is that an actual precursor to filing? My understanding was that they could be filed simultaneously, with SCOTUS updated after lower court denial And reporters were told that the document was FILED with SCOTUS
